On a regular basis, we offer seminars in a specialized subject area. This is an opportunity to learn and experience specific skills you may be interested in. Walk out of our seminars with the mental confidence and physical techniques you can use in everyday life to protect yourself and your family. 

• Bully Busting (De-Escalation)

Children and youth will learn why bullies do what they do and how to de-escalate. Specific mental techniques will teach kids how to keep their cool and avoid peer pressure or fighting. 

• Anti-Abduction Awareness

Learn how to protect yourself and your children from being abducted. Learn the common techniques abductors use and special ways to expose them. Create rules for personal safety and how to speak with your children about abduction.

• Self-Defense

Protect yourself from an unarmed attacker. Using a mix of Judo-Grappling and Hap Ki Do, you will learn how to use an assailants energy against them and know when to run or cause harm.

• Ladies Self-Defense (Mother & Daughter)

Specific mental and physical techniques for women and girls. Learn how to avoid confrontation and what to do when it is unavoidable.

• Gun & Knife Self-Defense

Protect yourself against an attacker with a firearm or knife and learn how to disarm the assailant from various styles of attack. Know how and when to run or cause harm.

• Various Weapons Training (Kubaton, Staff, Escrima Sticks, More…)

Learn how to use specific weapons for defense and traditional karate forms (katas).
